This page is the public-facing wellness candidate, prepared for clinician + legal review. It is NOT released. It accompanies the emailed review brief (which has the full question list for each of you). The brief is the primary document; this page just documents what was changed from the founder's personal version to produce this candidate.
Stripped from the personal version
- The CIPOS-style "Presence reps" (touch-and-return) practice — removed entirely, including its voice prompts.
- All clinical framing: "Phase-2," "stabilization," "resource installation," Back-of-Head-Scale calibration language, and any therapist-directed instructions.
- The session audio-recording option (reduces data/privacy surface).
- All voice prompts whose original wording was therapy-adjacent (gate rationale, scale calibration, container, good-memory, practice picker) were re-recorded in wellness wording on 2026-08-02 and verified by transcript. The recordings on this site are the wellness takes.
Kept, deliberately — please evaluate these
- The check-in gate: between sets the user rates how present they feel, 0–10; 7 or below routes to grounding and closes the session. Fail-safe by design.
- The GROUND button — always visible, interrupts everything, runs a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding wizard.
- Guided voice — the founder's own recordings: settling, safe place, container, good-memory, grounding steps, session close, and the check-in prompts.
- Session history — stored only in the user's own browser (localStorage); nothing is transmitted anywhere. Includes ratings and response-latency timestamps; exportable as JSON by the user.
- Up-front disclaimer: wellness practice, not therapy/treatment/medical device; trauma/dissociation-history caution; 988 crisis line.

- Product name is a placeholder ("Calm").
